Who Should I Contact?

Not sure where to begin? Use this guide to help your question reach the right person.

  • Questions about classroom assignments, student progress, homework, or classroom routines should be directed to your child’s teacher through email or Remind.

    Teachers will generally respond within one to two business days. Because teachers are working with students throughout the school day, they may not be able to respond immediately. For urgent situations, please call the Main Office.

  • Contact the Parent Coordinator for help accessing school resources, family workshops, school events, forms, or additional support.

  • Contact the Main Office for general school questions, attendance information, emergencies, changes involving dismissal, or help reaching a staff member.

  • Questions or concerns should normally begin with the staff member closest to the situation, such as the classroom teacher or appropriate office staff member. Matters requiring additional assistance may then be directed to a school administrator.

When emailing the school, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Your child’s full name

  • Your child’s class or grade

  • The best telephone number to reach you

  • A brief description of your question or concern

Please allow one to two business days for a response. Messages sent during evenings, weekends, school holidays, or school breaks will be answered when staff members return.

For urgent situations involving your child during the school day, please call the Main Office instead of emailing or messaging the classroom teacher.
