Please note: Our main office is closed for the summer, and regular school-year staff will return during the first week of September. If you have questions regarding the upcoming 2026–2027 school year, please email 20K185@schools.nyc.gov. We will respond as soon as possible once school reopens in September.

🍎 Free Summer Meals
P.S. 185 is proud to serve as a Summer Meals site, providing free, nutritious breakfasts and lunches to all children 17 years of age and younger throughout the summer. No registration is required. We look forward to welcoming our community and helping children stay healthy, fueled, and ready for a fun summer!
☀️Summer Rising
Summer Rising is New York City's free summer program that combines engaging academic learning with exciting enrichment opportunities in a fun, supportive environment. At P.S. 185, students participate in daily academic instruction while also enjoying our Road Trip Across America enrichment program, where they explore different regions of the United States through hands-on activities, games, movement, read-alouds, and collaborative learning experiences. Our goal is to keep students learning, exploring, and having fun all summer long!
